Lamy Safari Fountain Pen

After reading a review of this pen from Lamy, I decided to indulge myself by buying a Lamy for myself. I bought the piston action refillable ink cartridge (instead of disposable plastic cartridges) and a bottle of blue/black Lamy ink.

Three cheers for German engineering!

I'm glad you like it! I have two of them now -- a yellow and a blue. I bought my husband the dark gray. I love mine, too.

I got the EF nib, and have been using Private Reserve Spearmint in one (love it) and Mont Blanc Royal Blue in the other (not at all royal, kind of washed out, looking for something I like better).

This is a great fountain pen for every day use, I use mine in my day job and wouldn't swap it for any other pen
